Catte

Catte is a cafe where cute cats work. The coffee they serve is delicious, so be careful not to order too much.

This is a trick-taking game where you must follow “colors” to acquire cards without exceeding your limit.

There are three types of cards in your hand:
black (coffee),
white (milk),
and brown (cafe latte).

However, you can play a set of two black and two white cards, which becomes “brown.”  You follow the color played by the first player, but when you have to follow “brown,” even if you don't have a single “brown” card, as long as you have a white and a black card, you must play them as a set.

In addition to their hand of cards, each player has a “row of coffee cards” in their field. For each trick, the first player places one coffee card from their field in the center and begins the trick. The player who wins the trick can earn that coffee card as a score. If the points earned are exactly the maximum, the score is doubled! However, if the points earned exceed the maximum, the player is busted!

The round ends immediately, and the busted player does not receive any points from the coffee they acquired. The round also ends if a coffee card cannot be played (they have run out) when it should be, or if the player has used up all their cards.
