Innovation 4h edition

Innovation is Carl Chudyk's card game in which you build a civilization using nothing but cards: no board, no tokens and no dice. Each card is an invention from human history, from prehistory to the present. This fourth edition has 115 inventions spread over eleven ages, including the new Age 11.

Every invention has its own effect that fits what it is. You use them to move your society forward or to get in your opponents' way. If you have enough visible icons on the table, you even share in the effects of other players' technologies. To win you need to claim achievements, either by collecting points or by meeting certain conditions with your inventions. No two games play out the same way. This is the English edition and it is not compatible with third edition expansions.
