Things in Rings is a "thinky" party game about logic and deduction, in the style of Codenames or Wavelength. In the middle of the table sits a three-ring Venn diagram. One player is "The Knower" and knows the secret rule for each ring, while the rest play as "Finders" trying to work out those rules by placing cards into the diagram.
The rules fall into three categories: Word (spelling or structure), Attribute (physical properties) and Context (where the object is used). Place your card correctly and you get to go again. Place it wrong and The Knower moves it to the right spot, then you draw a new card. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins.
Note: this game revolves around English words, spelling and meaning, so a good grasp of English is needed to play.
