Volltreffer is a trick-taking game played in three phases. First you build your hand: cards are sold one by one and each player buys cards until everyone has 8 cards. Then comes a meld phase where you can show combinations for points, such as three of the same value, all five colors, or the lowest sum. Finally, you play standard tricks where you must follow suit.
The winner is not the player with the most points, but the one who comes closest to the target score of 66. Too few is just as bad as too many.
This Japanese edition by Suki Games was released at Tokyo Game Market 2019, featuring original artwork by Sai Beppu. Language-independent components, English rules available.
