Yubibo

Yubibo is a cooperative dexterity game involving hands, sticks and foam balls. Each turn you draw a card that shows which finger you must use to support a stick. Together you try to keep all the sticks upright without letting anything collapse.

Easy to explain, great fun for mixed groups, and guaranteed to cause giggling around the table.
